Excessify Terms of Service
Owned and Operated by Excess Quest
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Excessify. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Excess Quest is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3. Free Trial and Subscriptions
3.1 Free Trial
Excess Quest may offer a complimentary 3-day free trial. You may cancel the trial at any time before it converts to a paid subscription by providing notice via email to eqleads@excessquest.com.
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
6. TCPA and DNC Compliance
User Responsibility Notice:
You acknowledge that Excessify provides tools only and does not provide legal advice or guarantee compliance with communication laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do Not Call (DNC) regulations.
Excess Quest does not assume liability for improper use of phone numbers, messaging tools, or outreach features within Excessify.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Excess Quest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the six months preceding the claim.
